Distributes groceries bi-weekly to 700-800 individuals, including seniors, fostering community engagement and reducing isolation.

Provides intake, case management, and connects participants to permanent housing through collaborative efforts with CES Housing Navigators.

Case Management and Counseling:
Offers intake, assessments, and behavioral health services led by licensed clinicians for low-income households and the homeless.
